WTF Suite is operated by Tier 4 Support, Inc., based in Santa Monica, California. This policy covers all WTF family applications: WTF Suite, WTF Is This Worth?, WTF Is This Fee?, WTF Is My Health?, WTF Is This Budget?, WTF Is This Contract?, WTF Is This Charge?, and WTF Is This Subscription?.

What We Collect

• Account data: Email address and hashed password when you create an account.
• Usage data: Which tools you use and how often, for product improvement.
• Uploaded content: Photos, documents, and text you submit for AI analysis. Processed in real-time and not stored after analysis unless you explicitly save results.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What We Don't Collect

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't use your uploaded content to train AI models.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• Free tools (WTF Is This Charge?, WTF Is This Subscription?) collect no personal data at all.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the WTF services you requested: AI analysis, account management, and billing. We use aggregate usage statistics to improve our products.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Uploaded content is processed in memory and discarded after analysis.
